RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS POLICY
Returns and Exchange
Domestic Returns and Exchange
Applicable for the delivery address from - to Indonesia and billing address in Indonesia. The item return and exchange is possible as per your request. All items come with 2 days period from the day you receive your item. The item including its all original packaging is returned to us where the item must be unused, price tag in good condition, and still, hang on the item as you receive it. Kindly attached the unboxing video of the item that you have received. The buyer is responsible for return and exchange shipping.
However, if there is wrong delivery from us due to the item is not the same as your order. The returns and exchange shipping fees are our responsibility after your item has already been returned to us to our address at contact us, and its shipping fee is claimable following our Payment Policy.

International Returns and Exchange
All sales are final. No returns and exchanges are given. However, if there is wrong delivery from us due to the item is not the same as your order. Refunds
Domestic Refunds
Applicable for the delivery address from - to Indonesia and billing address in Indonesia. A FULLY REFUND is possible if we have received your item returns from you or you have not received yet your order within 30 business days (or 60 days calendar), automatically refunded by the system. Please allow us to issue your refund up to 10 Business days following our Payment Policy. Unless your item is a PRE-ORDER or WHOLESALE product or your item is in the delivery process by the Courier Company with the tracking link. A NON-REFUNDABLE if beyond 2 days from the day you have received the item and then returning process to us.
International Refunds
A FULLY REFUND is possible if we have received your item returns from you due to wrong delivery from us or you have not received yet your order within 30 business days (or 60 days calendar), automatically refunded by the system. Please allow us to issue your refund up to 30 Business days following our Payment Policy. Unless your item is a PRE-ORDER or WHOLESALE product or your item is in the delivery process by the Courier Company with the tracking link due to Custom and Clearance between Indonesia Customs and the Custom's Destination Country. A NON-REFUNDABLE if beyond 2 days from the day you have received the item and then returning process to us.
